EGF Post Congress Tour 2026 – Terceira island, Azores
Thurs 16 April 2026 - Sun 19 April 2026
16 April: Travel from Évora to Terceira, Hotel Caracol (4*) check-in, free evening
17–18 April: Field visits, keynote on Azorean grasslands; meals included
19 April: Free morning, return flight to Lisbon (17:15 - 21:35), arrival in Évora ~23:00
Price:
- Single room: €700 per person
- Double room: €600 per person
Included in the price:
- Transfers (Évora–Lisbon, Terceira, return)
- Flights (Lisbon-Terceira-Lisbon)
- Accommodation (Hotel 4* + breakfast)
- Local transport by bus
- Two lunches (17th & 18th April), two dinners (17th & 18th April)
Payment terms:
In order for preliminary reservations for accommodation and transportation to be made, a deposit is required. This will ensure that we can secure your spot and make the necessary arrangements to provide you with a memorable experience. Please follow the instructions below.

Cancellation policy:
Trip cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Until February 20, 2026: €200 penalty per person
After February 20, 2026 €700 penalty per person (single room) and €600 per person (double room)
We reserve the right to cancel post conference tour if there is not enough persons booked on tour. For security reasons, restrictions may also apply.
