Cancellations received in writing by 6 March 2026 will be entitled to a 50% refund, less administrative fees.

Cancellations received after  6 March 2026 will not be eligible for a refund.

All refunds will be processed within one (1) month after the end of the event.

Please note that refunds will not be issued in cases where a visa application has been refused by an Embassy or Consulate.

Disclaimer Regarding the Use of Participants’ Images

By registering for the General Meeting, you acknowledge and agree that EGF is entitled to:

Use your image, as captured in photographs or video recordings, in any of its publications, presentations, or website content, without payment or other consideration, for the purpose of documenting the meeting;

Edit, adapt, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute such photographs or videos for promotional purposes related to EGF activities or for any other lawful purpose.

You further acknowledge that these materials are the property of EGF and that you waive any right to inspect or approve the final product, including written or electronic materials in which your image appears.
